Luna is the Pet of the Week at the Franklin County Animal Shelter. The 4- to 6-year-old cat has a bit of a Dr. Jekyll/Mrs. Hyde personality, according to shelter staff — Luna is very sweet when she gets her own way. Luna will need a home with no other pets and would love outside time each day. Those interested may meet Luna by visiting the shelter from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays at 550 Industry Road.
