BRIDGTON — Nancy Fitch, who has lived in Sebago for 44 years, has recently begun showing her work at Gallery 302, 112 Main St.
Fitch has always had a fascination for stained glass. Growing up in Chicago, she studied art and collected colored bottles and broken glass. She was self-taught and her first project was a stained glass lampshade, after which she was off and running. Family and friends started asking her to make windows and gifts.
With a degree in business management, Fitch opened Treehouse Glass Studio in 2000, where she offers a full line of stained glass supplies and lessons for beginners.
