Iron worker Gary Tardiff attaches the final beam Monday to a crane before the beam is placed at the highest point of Connors Elementary School in Lewiston. A topping-off ceremony was held to celebrate the last major connection of the project. Workers and school officials signed the beam before it was put into place.
