DEAR SUN SPOTS: I have seven cases, each containing 24 cartons, of Osmolite 1.2 Cal with a “use by” date of Jan. 1, 2019. This is generally used through a feeding tube. I hope to be able to give this away to someone who is using this product in their feeding tube rather than dispose of it. If interested, call 207-784-7673. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for being such a great resource in so many ways.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: You have always been so helpful.
We all know nowadays that electronic devices are so popular. There are phones, iPods, etc. Is there anyone in the L-A area who teaches classes in computer basics? I want to learn about YouTube, organizing photos, emails, apps, online banking and creating resumes. I took a course in computer literacy last fall at Lewiston Adult Education and it was interesting. I can’t find courses anywhere to learn how to do online job applications and things like that. I’m clueless on how to do anything on a computer. I have an Apple laptop. I’m hoping you can help.
