Hours restored at Paris Public Library
PARIS — Paris Public Library has returnred to opening at 9 a.m. Monday through Saturday.
The library’s operating hours are, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; 9 a.m. to to 8 p.m. Tuesday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. the library is closed on Sunday.

Retired educators to hear speaker
FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Retired Educators will resume warm weather meetings at 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, at the Henderson Memorial Church, Academy Street.
The program will be a presentation by Carol Young on her trip to Bangladesh. Lunch will be $10.

Special school vacation hours at library
WATERFORD — The Waterford Library will be open from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, April 16 to 20, for school vacation. Special activities or programs for children and youth are planned.
The circulation desk will remain open so patrons can also borrow books.

Historical society to have potluck supper
MEXICO — The Mexico Historical Society will hold its first meeting of 2018 at 5 p.m. Monday, April 16, at Calvin Lyons Hall.
A potluck supper will be followed by a business meeting. Members are encouraged to bring a guest. The public is invited.
Cemetery association to hold annual meeting
CHESTERVILLE — The annual meeting of the Webster Cemetery Association will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 16, at the Chesterville Town Hall.
Boxberry School to have annual auction
HARRISON — Boxberry School’s 10th annual Silent Auction & Spring Social will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 12.
There will be food, wines and a variety of silent auction items. Tickets are $20 and childcare will be available.
