Young has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in multimedia from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and a professional background in customer service, marketing and graphic design.

She is married and has one child. She and her husband enjoy being outdoors, going for walks as a family, relaxing on their front porch and playing with their beloved bulldog around the yard.
