Friday, April 27, New Spine will perform at Guthries, 115 Middle St., Lewiston. New Spine is the latest project by Portland resident Geneviève Beaudoin. The occasional humor is poignant; the catharsis is palpable. Floating between folk-rock and americana, her songs move in the raw and tender. New Spine will perform as a duo with Genevieve on guitar and vocals and Harper Fendler on cello.  The show begins at 8 p.m. There is no cover. FMI: Call 376-3344.
