Franklin County 4-H talent, fashion revue
FARMINGTON — The University of Maine Cooperative Extension Franklin County 4-H annual talent showcase and fashion revue will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at West Farmington Grange, 4 Bridge St.
Past shows have included refurbished fashions, singing, musical instrument numbers, dancing, magic acts and stand-up comedy. The event is free and open to the public.

Grange to hold contradance
FARMINGTON — A contradance will be held from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the Farmington Grange, 124 Bridge St. Live music will be by the Racket Factory, with calling by Cynthia Phinney.
Cost will be $6, adults; $5, students; $15, family max. No partner is necessary and beginners are welcome. All dances will be taught. There will be no family dance this month.

Historical society to hold clean-up
WOODSTOCK — The Woodstock Historical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the museum building to clean inside and out in anticipation of the summer opening.
The workers will be treated to pizza for a late lunch (or early dinner) at 4 p.m. and the monthly meeting will follow at 5 p.m.
Farmington Rotary to meet
FARMINGTON — The Farmington Rotary meets at 7 a.m. Thursdays in the Olsen Student Center at the University of Maine at Farmington.
New members are welcome. Childcare is available.
Cemetery association to elect officers
MEXICO — The annual meeting of the Farrington Morton Cemetery Association will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, May 14, at the Mexico Congregational Church conference room.
Election of officers and other pertinent business will be the agenda. Anyone owning a lot in the cemetery is a member of the association and welcome to attend.
