FARMINGTON — Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty, 602 Wilton Road, announces Charlotte Lane has joined the sales team.

Lane is a Maine native who grew up in Industry and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. She previously worked in Farmington as a chiropractic assistant.

In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors, walking, kayaking, hydro biking, traveling and renovating houses.
