AUBURN — Personal Onsite Development will have its annual yard sale/fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 18, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at 410 Summer St.
Refreshments will be on sale and there will also be a baked goods table. A DJ will be on site.
Items for sale will include books, clothes, holiday items, household items and small furniture.
The organization will also hold a bottle drive until mid-July for a Walk for Autism. Bottles can be dropped off at 410 Summer St., or for local pick-up, call 207-753-3221.
Personal Onsite Development is a nonprofit that provides integrated community services to adults with developmental disabilities. All proceeds will support community programs and activities.

DURHAM — A plant sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 19 and 20, at the Durham Eureka Community Center, junction of routes 136 and 9.

There will be perennials and other plants that come from members’ gardens. The funds raised help support the scholarship program for Mt. Blue graduating students interested in horticulture or associated areas of study.

GREENE — Morse Memorial Library will host a Spring Plant Swap and Sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 19. Local plant lovers are invited to stop by with plants, cuttings, transplants, seeds or bulbs to exchange with others.
Bring plants that are healthy and label them with their common name. The library has a limited supply of pots.
This is a rain or shine event; if the weather is rainy, the swap will take place indoors.

MEXICO — The annual spring plant sale, with proceeds donated to the Rumford and Mexico historical societies, will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 19 and 20, at the Riverside Realty parking lot, Route 2.
For sale will be annual flower seedlings, perennial flowers cuttings and a selection of vegetable plants. All plants have been planted from tiny seeds and tended by Nghia Ha, who donates all the proceeds to the two societies, of which she is a dedicated member.

NORWAY — St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Paris Street, will hold it semi-annual rummage sale from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 19, in the lower church.
Clothing for all members of the family will be on sale at reasonable prices. There will also be a white elephant room with a variety of household items for sale. There will be a $1-a-bag beginning at 11 a.m.
Proceeds will support the free community Thanksgiving dinner.

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will hold its eighth annual Spring Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at 50 Main St., Route 219, rain or shine.
The sale will include a plant sale, large raffle booth and bake sale, as well as breakfast sandwiches and a beanhole bean lunch. There will be seating inside the building for meals, and canopies and chairs outside.
