LISBON — A turkey dinner will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 25, at Odd Fellows Hall, 27 Village St.

The cost is $8 for adults, $3.50 for children 12 and younger and free for children of preschool age.

The dinner is sponsored by Nina Rebekah Lodge 86 and the Sabattus River Lodge 21.

LIVERMORE FALLS — The First Baptist Church will serve its monthly luncheons from 11 a.m. to noon on the fourth Saturday of the month September to June at 25 Church Street.

All are welcome. The church is handicapped-accessible. Cost is free.

AUBURN — There will be a baked bean supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the Sixth Street Congregational Church, 109 Sixth St.

The cost of is $6 for adults; $3, children 5 to 12; free, under age 5. All are welcome. Take-out will be available.

AUBURN  — A benefit spaghetti supper for the adoption of Paul and Maria Pete’s child will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the Auburn Senior Center in Pettengill Park.

Cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children 10 and younger. Procedeeds will benefit adoption of the child.

CASCO — A spring Saturday night supper will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the Casco Village Church United Church of Christ, 941 Meadow Road, Route 121.

There will be baked beans, salads, rolls, cold drinks, coffee, casseroles and homemade pies. Cost is $8, adults; $5, age 8 and under; $21, max for families with young children.

The supper is being sponsored by the Music Committee and Choir.

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield American Legion holds suppers from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturdays, followed by a music jamboree from 6 to 9 p.m.

GRAY — A baked beans and casserole supper will take place at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the First Congregational Church, Route 115.

Cost is $8; under 12, $4. The building is handicapped-accessible.

NEW SHARON — The Women’s Society is sponsoring a baked bean and casserole supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the New Sharon United Methodist Church.

This will be the last supper until fall.

OTISFIELD — The Otisfield Community School sixth-grade class will hold a huge yard sale on Memorial Day weekend at the Otisfield Community Hall, Route 121. The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 26 and 27.

The class is seeking donations. They are asking that no old electronics be given. Donations can be dropped off from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 25, at the hall.

The sixth graders will wrap up a year of marine and watershed science with a trip to the New England Aquarium, dinner in Chinatown and to celebrate the end of their years at OCS, a matinee showing of BlueMan Group. Sale proceeds to go toward the trip.

WATERFORD — Oxford County Democrats will serve a spaghetti supper Tuesday, May 29, at the North Waterford Congregational Church, 5 Kezars Road, with social hour at 5 p.m. and supper served at 6 p.m. 

The traditional supper is a fundraiser for Democratic candidates and the county committee. There will be vegetarian options. Cost is $10 per person.

A program will follow with introductions of the 2018 Oxford County Democratic candidates for legislative and county offices.

AUBURN — Pancakes and sausages are once more on the breakfast menu at the 2018 Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast. The fundraiser, sponsored each year by the Lewiston Auburn Kiwanis Club, will be held from 6:30 to 11 a.m. Sunday, June 3, at St. Dominic Academy, 121 Gracelawn Road. Assistance will be provided by local Key Clubs and the Mid-Maine Lewiston HOG Chapter 1980.

Advance tickets are $6 each. Children age 5 and under are free.

Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event for $7 each.
