FARMINGTON — A Monday night fire at 732 Industry Road caused substantial damage.
Farmington Fire and Rescue Chief Terry Bell said the building is probably a total loss.
Robert Nadeau and his girlfriend were living in the home. It is owned by his mother, Pamela Love.
Bell said there was no insurance. There were no pets and no injuries.
Family members are assisting the couple, according to officials.
Assisting Farmington were units from Industry Chesterville, East Dixfield, Jay, New Sharon, New Vineyard, Strong, Temple and Wilton. NorthStar, Farmington Police and the State Fire Marshal’s office also responded.
Bell said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
