AUBURN — Tiffany L. Norwwod, 37, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29, surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. Her spirit was called into the heavens and her soul was set free, so she spread her wings and flew away to live among the angels.
She was born Dec. 5, 1980, in Lewiston, the daughter of Sandra Norwood. Sandra absolutely adored Tiffany and cared for her throughout her journey.
Tiff was a very loving, positive ray of light — a free-spirited and kind human. She enjoyed the beach, reading, painting, movies and spending time with friends, family and her cat, Star.
She is survived by her mother, Sandra Norwood of Auburn; her siblings, Robert Norwood of Topsham, Rhonda Field of Lewiston, Eric Zamrock and his wife, Amy Zamrock of Lewiston and Sheri Zamrock of Boaz, Ala.; seven nieces and nephews, Dustin Spencer of Auburn, Jason Field of Lisbon, Marisa Heinlein of New Hampshire, Kyle Zamrock of South Carolina, Tawni Zamrock of Lewiston, Kelli Jarvis of Alabama and Ashley Smith of Alabama; several great-nieces and -nephews; and her cat, Star.
She was predeceased by her nana, Bertha Hilton, who greeted her with a smile and welcomed her home.
A private celebration of life will be held.
Thank-you to everyone who expressed their condolences and shared their memories of sweet Tiff. May we all find strength and comfort in knowing Tiff, “will love us forever and a day.” She wants us all to “love one another and be wonderful humans,” and to set forth performing random acts of kindness.
One of Tiffany’s favorite quotes: “I don’t know where I am going from here, but I can promise you it won’t be boring.”
Tiffany L. Norwood
