LEWISTON — Doris and George Bourgoin of Lewiston celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently with family and friends at a reception at the Carriage House in Lewiston.

Their children, with the help of their grandchildren, made the celebration possible. A buffet was served and dinner music was played. A cake-cutting then followed.

They were married on July 20, 1968. According to them, “When our eyes met, it was love at first sight.”
