We live in a divided country, sad but true. We hear anger and accusations ripping apart the fabric of our constitution as if the end justifies the means.
It is a breath of clean air to see the amazing work that Lisa Keim has done in the Senate in just two short years. She has displayed tenacity in the face of personal tragedy and calm in the face of adversity.
We should all cheer a politician who has the unerring quality of compassion which sees beyond ego and into the needs of her constituents on both sides of the political fence.
That is what it means to be bipartisan in the truest sense of the word. Lisa exemplifies that not only with her words but with her actions. We would be hard pressed find another candidate who has displayed such honorable characteristics.
Look at her tireless energy in the school issues she champions from K through college; fighting through the health care problems which threaten to derail our state budget, it’s there you can see that she is less concerned with her colleague’s opinion than the effects on the people in her districts.
Two years is not enough time for her to accomplish all that she has in her heart.
Please take a hard look at her record which stands for itself and re-elect Lisa this November.
Our district needs this shining example of a hard-working honest legislator! Don’t just “like” her, vote for Lisa Keim this November!
