NORWAY — The Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce membership committee recently named Rice Tree Service of Waterford as the August Business of the Month.

According to a chamber statement, Rice Tree Service owner Sheldon Rice is a “first-class landscape arborist” known for tree removals, pruning and lot clearing. He was recognized for his professionalism, hard work and building his business all across the Oxford Hills area.
