DENMARK — The Denmark Arts Center, 50 West Main St., will present “Back to the ’50s,” featuring the Mollyockett Singers at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26.

Imaginative, talented, and often very funny, the Mollyockett Singers perform a combination of upbeat songs, ballads and popular tunes in four-part acapella harmony, often called “barbershop” style.

“Back to the ’50s” promises to be an evening of oldies but goodies. Director Simon Smith has worked with the chorus to bring a delightful memory of yesteryear to the Denmark Arts Center. Cheryl Barker, Susan Leunig, Andrea Bennett, Linda Reid, Janet Coverdale, Debbie Andrews, Deb Nichols, Nancy McNulty, Janet Ward, Nancy Sosman, Joan Erler, Jolan Ippolito, Merry Childs, Rebecca Lloyd and Debby Luxton comprise the Mollyockett Chorus.

Tickets are available for $15 for adults, $12 for seniors 65-plus and $8 for kids younger than 18. All tickets are general admission; members receive priority seating. Lobby and concessions open at 7 p.m. Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
