DIXFIELD — Fire crews were battling a house fire late Wednesday night after a home on Holt Hill Road was reported in flames shortly after 9 p.m.

Early reports were that the house at 41 Holt Hill Road was fully engulfed when fire crews arrived at the scene.

According to online sources, the house is one-story, single-family home. Holt Hill Road runs off Route 142, which is also Weld Street.

A dispatcher said there were no immediate reports of injuries suffered in the blaze. Fire crews remained at the scene at 11 p.m.
