Rep. Bettyann Sheats, D-Auburn, recently welcomed Olivia Mayo of Minot, who is serving as Miss Maine 2018, to the State House. Mayo, an advocate for domestic violence prevention, sang the national anthem to open the session for the House of Representatives.
