Michael Bell of Turner works in the flower garden at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn on Friday. Bell worked the summer months tending plants at the cemetery before switching over to his fall job in the apple orchards at Ricker Hill in Turner. Bell said he takes pride in his green thumb. “You ask a lot of questions. If you choose to, you can learn something every day,” he said about bringing out the beauty in the flowers.
