AUBURN — Living with Intention will be presented by Mellow Meditation from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, online via Zoom, hosted by the Auburn Public Library.
Intentional living is different from setting goals. Intentions are the commitments that empower people to remain in the present moment, foster better relationships, and live with emotional balance. Mellow Mainer Meditation will explain how living intentionally can create greater joy. Each participant will receive a handout to use to start their journey toward living with intention.
The program is for adults. To register, call the reference department at 207-333-6640, ext. 4, or email dwallace@auburnpubliclibrary.org. The Zoom link will be sent on the day of the program.
