RUMFORD — Ryley Sevigny scored 35 points to reach 1,000, leading the Mountain Valley to a 55-7 girls basketball win over Buckfield on Thursday.

Autumn Freeman chipped in seven points for Mountain Valley. Alana Young and Mallorie Bourret added four points apiece.

Shyloe Morgan, Addison Stevens-Belanger and Alyssa Litchfield each had two points for Buckfield, and Alexis Jasper knocked down a foul shot.

GREELY 54, EDWARD LITTLE 30: Camille Clement scored nine early points to help the Rangers (6-1) jump out to a 20-8 first-quarter advantage on their way to a win over Red Eddies (2-6) in Cumberland.

Clement finished with 26 points. Halle Roy contributed 16 and Sophia Ippolito chipped in with 10.

Nikkie Clark led Edward Little with eight points.

LEWISTON 53, LEAVITT 29: Emily Strachan paced the Blue Devils with 12 points in a victory over the Hornets in Lewiston.

Myah Nicolas helped Lewiston’S cause with 11 points, while Ellie Legare hit three 3-pointers and finished with nine points. Strachan also made three treys.

Emalia Bowie led Leavitt with nine points.

OAK HILL 51, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 27: Anna Beach led the Raiders (5-1) with 17 points in a win over the Patriots (3-2) in Wales.

Gabby Chessie dropped in 14 points for Oak Hill.

Amber Fortin scored nine points for Gray-New Gloucester.

POLAND 56, OAK HILL 43: Isaiah Hill led a balanced attack with 14 points as the Knights (5-1) defeated the Raiders (3-3) in Poland.

Hunter Gibson chipped in with 13 points and Evan Kelly had 10 points for Poland, which also defeated Oak Hill 44-40 on Tuesday.

Gavin Rawstron scored 15 points for Oak Hill.

LEAVITT 66, LEWISTON 63: Wyatt Hathaway had a game-high 35 points including a 3-pointer late in regulation as the Hornets eventually defeated the Blue Devils in overtime in Lewiston.

Hathaway also had six steals, six assist and five rebounds. Joziah Learned, who also had key basket late in regulation and scored two of Leavitt’s three points in overtime, finished with 18 points and eight rebounds.

Malik Foster had 21 points and seven rebounds for Lewiston, while David Omasombo contributed 16 points and Donovan Jackson had 10.
