Supplies:

• Cotton Balls
• White Card Stock
• Diluted Tempera Paint
• White Glue

Instructions:

1. Run glue along the top 1/8 of the cardstock
2. Fluff out the cotton balls a bit and saturate bottom in watered down paint
3. Place onto glue paint side down, and repeat until the desired cloud amount is reached (working fairly quickly)
4. Tip the paper up to let the rain fall. Rainclouds might need to be pressed a bit to release the paint.
5. Leave to dry (it will take a day!). After it’s dry you might color a scene with crayon if you’d like, or just leave it as it is!
