Makaila Conley, 17 months, of Rumford, will be appearing briefly on the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon on Monday, at 1:10 p.m. on Channel 13. Her dad, Adam Conley, said he won’t be surprised if she gets a chance to talk. “She does a lot of jibber-jabbering here at home,” Conley said. Makaila was the winner of the MDA Beautiful Baby Contest held at Ames Department Store on Route 2 last spring. The family will head for Channel 13 studios in Portland early Monday morning to prepare for Makaila’s debut.
