Elaborate plans have been made for the annual charity ball of the Massachusetts Maine Daughters, to  be given at the Copley Plaza, Boston on the evening of Jan.14. Mrs. Holman Day, formerly of Lewiston, president of the club, will head the receiving line, which will include some of the most prominent figures of the political, social and military life of Boston. Many of the boxes have already been taken, and a number of dinner parties will be held before the ball.

Apparently the library was moved as persons who housed it needed the space it occupied and a later location was at Stevens School in a building destroyed by fire. The property is now owned by Wiliam Greeley.
