Oxford County Soil & Water Conservation District plans to hold its 2022 Conservation Photo Contest.
The district is looking for the best photo related to agriculture, forestry, soil and water, or wildlife for the cover of its 2022 annual report, according to a news release from the South Paris-based district.
A prize package of local goods will be awarded to the first-place winner. Prizes include a customizable wood burned sign from a local Maine artisan, a bird feeder and 20-pound bag of seed donated by Oxford Tractor Supply, and wildflower seed mixes from the district.
Three honorable mention winners will also be selected. All winners and their photos will be recognized in media publicity.
The last date to enter is Oct. 31.
