Friday, July 29, 7pm at The Gem Theater: Join hypnotist Ian Stuart for a family-friendly evening of mind-bending fun. Teens and adults will be encouraged to join Ian onstage and have their brains temporarily hijacked for the amusement of others. Pay what you can; proceeds benefit the performer and BAAM. Tuesday, August 2- Monday August, 8: Annual Rotary Yard Sale in front of The Gem Theater. Take what you want, pay what you can; Rotarian assistance 8-4:30 daily; open dawn to dusk.

Saturday, August 6, 10-4, outside the Philbrook Place: BAAM Art Market. Local artists, crafters, and artisans will be selling their wares, and local musicians will be playing throughout the day. Rain Date Sunday, August 7.

Farmers’ Markets – Bethel: Saturdays 9-1, Norway Savings Bank; Greenwood: Fridays 4-6, Greenwood Town Hall on Rt. 26. Saturdays, 9-1, the Saturday Market on Main Street (Methodist Church)

Bethel Food Pantry, first and third Wednesday of each month, 9-2.

Community Suppers (free, open to all) – last Wednesday every month, 4:30-6:00, Bethel Alliance Church. Eat-in or take-out.

Conversation, coffee and a bagel or doughnut, every Thursday, 9-1, Bethel Alliance Church; come for one hour or all four.
