The Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church will again be selling its chicken pies and gravy on the third Saturday of the month until further notice. This month’s sale will be on Saturday, Aug. 20.
Orders for pies will be taken only on the morning of the Aug. 20 by calling the church between 9 and 11 a.m. at 207-583-9024. Callers are asked not to leave a message.
The pies must be picked up between noon and 2 p.m. at the church at 664 Bolsters Mills Road in Bolsters Mills Village in Harrison, unless arrangements are made when placing the order.
Pies costs $15. Multiple pies cam be ordered, however, organizers cannot always guarantee that large quantities can be honored. The chicken pies are fully cooked and can be frozen and reheated for a future meal.
