Hats off to John Reilly, AFCI friend, who is painting one of our benches! John has demonstrated talent, and we can’t wait to see the finished product! How about you – would you like to help us out in this way? You may take a bench to your home to finish. Or maybe you’re more of a novice. Well, Kate Webb, the intrepid Coordinator of BAAM and great AFCI friend, has talent to spare. You may come help her on Thursday, September 8, 10-2:30 – Forest Rd., across from Telstar. For more information: coordinator@bethelareaartsandmusic.com. And thanks!
Great news from AARP: approved by the Food and Drug Administration, over-the-counter hearing aids – more affordable and more convenient. The new devices – designed for those with mild to moderate hearing loss – will be sold at stores and online without a medical exam, prescription, or special fitting by an audiologist. The approved hearing aids could be available by mid-October, according to the FDA. For more information: https://www.aarp.org/health/healthy-living/info-2022/fda-over-the-counter-hearing-aids.html?
