Lewiston Public Library’s Teen Space will be the site for a manga drawing contest this fall.

Submissions to the Teen Manga Contest can be made online via Google form or in person at the library’s second floor reference desk through Monday, Oct. 31, at the 200 Lisbon St. library.

Art will also be shared on library social media for voting Nov. 9-23. Two winners will receive a pack of manga-making supplies as a prize, according to a news release from Harper Chance, teen services technician.

Teen artists can submit one piece of manga art to join the contest. The two contest categories are original art and fan art.

Art must be no larger than a standard piece of printer paper, 8.5 by 11 inches. Digital art must be no larger than 2250 by 3300 pixels.

The subject matter must be appropriate for display on library social media and in the Teen Room.
