LISBON — Laura Mockler took a feed from Haley Tuplin and scored with 11:42 left to give Lisbon a 1-0 victory over Hall-Dale in a Mountain Valley Conference field hockey game on Friday.
The played through three scoreless quarters before Mockler settled the matter. Goalie Maria Levesque made three saves for the Greyhounds (9-3).
Bulldogs (5-6-1) goalie Jade Graham made 15 saves.
LEAVITT 3, MORSE 0: Jada Beedy, Jazzlynn Clark and Grace Goneyea each scored a goal in the fourth quarter to lead the undefeated Hornets (10-2) to a win over the Shipbuilders (3-10) in Turner.
Morse and Leavitt played three scoreless quarters before Leavitt’s offense broke through.
Hornets goalie Lily Chabot made two saves.
OAK HILL 3, BOOTHBAY 1: Julie Mooney, Izzy Whitaker and Lilly Coburn each scored an unassisted goal, leading the Raiders (5-9) to a win over the Seahawks (1-10) in Wales.
Boothbay’s Rose Campbell scored an unassisted goal. Winning goalie Ella Martin made two saves.
BOYS SOCCER
LISBON 3, HALL-DALE 0: Danny Levesque scored twice to lead the Greyhounds (8-3-1) to the MVC win over the Bulldogs (4-4-3) in Lisbon.
Bryce Poulin added a goal and two assists for Lisbon. Goalie Levi Tibbetts made seven saves.
WINTHROP 2, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN/DIRIGO 0: Tyler Shuman scored and collected an assist and Gabe Corey knocked in a goal in the Ramblers’ (6-5) win over the Phoenix (3-9) in Jay.
Iker Penniman also picked up an assist for Winthrop. Crue Presti got the win in net.
Spruce Mountain/Dirigo goalie Logan Knight made seven saves.
MT. ABRAM 2, MONMOUTH 1: Morgan Thibodeau scored a pair of goals as the Roadrunners (10-1) slipped away from the Mustangs (9-1-1) in Salem.
Sam Cockerham assisted on one of Thibodeau’s goals.
Monmouth’s Patrick Strout scored with assistance from Matt Marquis.
Mt. Abram goalies Trey Reed and Logan Dube combined for three saves.
GIRLS SOCCER
BRUNSWICK 3, MT. BLUE 0: Alexis Morin scored a pair of goals to as the Dragons (10-0-1) dealt the Cougars (10-1) their first loss of the season in Brunswick.
Molly Tefft scored in the first half on Hannah Lay corner kick for Brunswick. Lay finished with two assists.
Dragons goalie Sophia Morin made eight saves. Mt. Blue goalie Caitlin Burke stopped 17 shots.
