BETHEL — This December, staff at Bethel Family Health Center are happy to welcome Brittany Bennett, Nurse Practitioner, to the team. Brittany earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Previously, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine. Brittany draws from a solid background in family practice, pediatrics, and urgent care, and brings experience in infusion therapy.
Brittany shares, “My philosophy is to take a holistic approach in care, giving preference to non-pharmacologic therapies in my patients’ treatment plans. I do not treat diseases, I treat people who have diseases, so I always involve patients in their own plans of care. I strive to meet each patient where they are at – emotionally, physically, and financially.”
Brittany joins physicians Catherine Chamberlin and Kevin Finley; family nurse practitioner Carly Hanson; psychiatric nurse practitioner Joanne Nicastro; and licensed clinical social workers Leslie Lufkin, Katharyn Sloma, and Denise Thorn. Our clinicians offer medical and behavioral health services for patients of all ages. Residents of Bethel and nearby towns have enjoyed quality care at Bethel Family Health Center since its founding in 1977.
