The Lewiston Public Library Children’s Department is set to offer weekly programs for homeschool families on the first three Mondays of every month from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., starting March 6, at 200 Lisbon St.
The programs are designed to offer homeschool families the opportunity to have fun and socialize through gaming, crafts and storytime, according to a news release from Sarah Hartje at the library.
The schedule of programs:
• First Monday: Homeschool Video Game Social, video games and social time for children;
• Second Monday: Homeschool Lego Club and Curriculum Swap; and
• Third Monday: Homeschool Storytime and Craft.
All sessions will take place in the Children’s Department for children 0 to 12. The teen lounge will also be available during all three sessions for video games and social time for children 12 and older.
