AUBURN — A head-on collision involving three vehicles occurred Saturday evening just north of Lake Grove Lane on Route 4, officials said.
Auburn Police Deputy Chief Tim Cougle confirmed earlier dispatch chatter and alerts reporting a fatality in the wreck. Route 4 was closed between Lake Shore Drive and Jolene Drive until around midnight for crash reconstruction, he said.
“More information will be available tomorrow morning,” Cougle said.
