VASSALBORO — Sew for a Cause is set to host a free Mothers-to-Be Tea from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at St. Bridget Center, 864 Main St.

All area mothers-to-be are invited.

Sew for a Cause plans to meet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the center to work on items that will be included in the tote bags that will be given to each mom to be, according to a news release from Rachel Kilbride with Sew for A Cause.

To attend the May 6 event and for more information, mothers must register by emailing motherstobetea2023@gmail.com.

The registration deadline is Saturday, April 15.
