The Poland Spring Preservation Society was formed in 1975. The Society is dedicated to the protection, restoration and preservation of the State of Maine Building and All Souls Chapel which are historic, one-of-a-kind structures. The group’s goal is to educate visitors about the history of Poland Spring. Today, the buildings are enjoyed as the site of an art gallery, weddings and musical concerts throughout the summer months. The Society operations are directed by a volunteer board of directors, its executive Director Laura Brown and several staff members and volunteers. PSPS is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
