I am writing to express my support for the reelection of Carl Sheline as Lewiston’s mayor.
Over the past couple of years, I have had the privilege of witnessing Carl’s commitment to our community, and it is with great enthusiasm that I endorse Carl’s candidacy.
From the moment Carl assumed office, he made it very clear that he is not just a figurehead, but a tireless advocate for the residents of Lewiston. Carl shows up for his community and has demonstrated his support for the needs and aspirations of the people he serves, including our unhoused neighbors.
Carl supports education and bringing in more needed housing. And he embraces diversity, which I believe has made Lewiston a more vibrant and welcoming place for all.
I believe that reelecting Carl as mayor would ensure that our community continues to prosper, grow and evolve.
