A 10-year-old Corgi named Sally is in charge of Human Resources at Pooh Corner Farm. She takes a break from paperwork to watch over the herbs: tri-color sage, lemon balm and woolly thyme. Sally is owned by Carole Duplessis who operated the farm until recently handing the reins over to daughter, Margaret Dusplessis Manbeck. Rose Lincoln/Bethel Citizen
