TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Three local students have been recognized by The University of Alabama for the 2023 spring semester.

Briley Bell of Lewiston was named to the dean’s list.

Jane Lipp of New Gloucester was named to the president’s list.

Kyle Mercier of New Gloucester was named to the dean’s list.

Students named to the dean’s list earned an academic record of 3.5 (or above), and those named to president’s list earned an academic record of 4.0 (all As).
