To the Editor:
Otisfield’s July 4th events were enjoyed by all. We would like to thank our Grand Marshals, Patty and Al Haggerty for their dedication in supporting the Town through volunteering.
Winners of our Cookie contest were Kayla Henderson, who won a $30 prize for 1st place, with a lemon puffer cookie – Eileen Klingler won a $20 prize for 2nd place, with a chocolate chip walnut cookie – Liz Dyer Grant won a $10 prize for 3rd place, with a lemon thumbprint and strawberry jam cookie.
The bake sale sold out of all baked goods; thank you to all who donated baked goods and entered our cookie contest. We also want to thank all of our parade participants, who did a great job with their awesome patriotic decorations.
We have a great group of volunteers who spend a lot of time preparing for the July 4th events and the day would not be possible without all of your help, Thank You..
