LIVERMORE — Police shut down a section of Boothby Road after a vehicle crash Friday afternoon that left at least one person with serious injuries.
Police were called to Boothby Road, also Route 108, at about 5 p.m. where first responders reported potentially life-threatening injuries. It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved.
That crash occurred in the area of Boothby and Norlands roads, according to witnesses.
Boothby Road connects routes 4 and 219. Police shut down a long section of the road as medics treated the injured person and an investigation got underway.
The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office was investigating the crash.
