PORTLAND – Born August 31, 1936. in Dixfield, Tom passed away unexpectedly in Portland on August 16, 2023.

Tom served in the US Navy. After his discharge he spent time on the Rumford Police force and later went on to have a successful career in the Commercial Insurance industry until his retirement. In the early years he lived in Hanover and later moved to Auburn.

He is survived by his children, Bonnie Black, Tom Rock (Penny), John Rock, Stephen St. Jean (Robin) and Susan St. Jean; grandchildren, Dylan and Nathan Black, Amiee Finster, Adam Rock, Samuel Rock, Katelyn Dufault (Steve), Melissa Maddeford (Chris) and Ryan St. Jean (Jennifer). He was predeceased by his wife, Maureen Rock and his brother Jim Rock.
