NORWAY — Garry Spencer, 38, of Norway was transported to Maine Medical Center on Sept. 9, with serious but not life threatening injuries after running into a private coach on Main Street, according to police.

Norway Officer Jim Venresca said bus camera footage clearly showed and witnesses substantiated that Spencer turned into the side of the bus without signaling or giving any indication he was turning.

The bus, owned by Isherwood Enterprises, Inc. of Gorham, was on its way to the King’s Hill Inn and Barn from the Oxford Casino with a wedding party on board, according to Ventresca.

A State Police Commercial Unit and accident reconstructionist assisted Norway Police with the investigation. No charges resulted.
