Alana MacDonald will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at Chocolate Church Arts Center, 804 Washington St. in Bath.
A member of the late Devonsquare for over 30 years, MacDonald, singer, songwriter, and violinist has continued to write and perform at venues such as Stone Mountain Art Center, The Farm Stand, The Flying Monkey and Johnson Hall, to name a few.
Devonsquare toured with Peter Frampton & Melanie, also opening for Bonnie Raitt, Suzanne Vega, Roy Orbison, and many others. Her music is folksy, rock blend, “heavy mental” (she says) and a really fun show.
