Robin Zinchuk thanked and presented Jean Benedict with a President’s pin for her outstanding service this year.
BETHEL — At this week’s meeting of the Rotary Club of Bethel, the club thanked President Jean Benedict for her outstanding service to the club this past year. Robin Zinchuk presented her with a President’s pin. Members also enjoyed a “classification talk” provided by long-time member, Mike Steven. Mike joined the club in the late 1990s and has served as President of our club twice during his tenure. Many of our newer club members have not gotten to know the scope of Mike’s service, nor learned about his life story up to now. He is a practicing attorney, with an office on Main St., Bethel, is married to Meg Steven, and has three grown children. He has been a wonderful asset to our club for many years. Thanks to both Jean and Mike!
