FARMINGTON — Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset Counties is set to host its annual meeting and celebration of community engagement at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18.
The event will be held at The Forum auditorium on the Mt. Blue High School campus, 129 Seamon Road.
The public is invited to celebrate a year of community engagement with commendations being awarded to community partners. All attendees will get a raffle ticket for the evening’s raffle drawing for a dinner for two at Calzalaio Pasta Company, among other prizes.
From 7-7:30 p.m. all guests can stay for a poetry reading and bring a poem to share.
