BETHEL — Brianna Douglass and Luis Meza treated WMSC members and friends to an armchair travel presentation on Life at Latitude Zero, featuring Ecuadorian food, art, and a slideshow describing Ecuador’s unique culture, geography, history, and politics. Wendy Hutchins, a WMSC board member and Brianna’s grandmother, has also visited Ecuador.
The next WMSC event is a ‘Behind the Scenes’ tour of Gould Academy on Monday, October 23 from 4-6 p.m. Take a tour of Gould and learn about some of the exciting new initiatives taking place on campus. Tour the Marlon Family IDEAS Center, Leiblein Performance Center and ski/snowboard building classroom, and the Sanborn Family Library. Learn about the current ‘state of the school’ and Gould’s newly adopted mission, vision, and values. End the visit by joining students for dinner in the Clough Dining Room in Ordway Hall!
