Having served with Paul Beauparlant on the Lewiston School Committee for the last three-plus years, it is my honor to encourage all the voters of Ward 7 to support his reelection.
Paul was a high school classroom teacher for 43 years, and he brings a perspective to the position that few others could possibly provide. He has seen many sides of our education system and understands the changing school environment and the challenges that teachers and students face today.
Paul has worked tirelessly to ensure that our students have access to a high-quality curriculum that will prepare them for the future. He has served on the facilities subcommittee to provide our students with a safe and healthy place to learn.
As we recover from the disruption of COVID and face the looming budget crisis, Paul’s experience would be invaluable to us all.
