Is it my imagination, or is the only money available regarding consumer-owned electricity Question 3 to taint its passage?

We are now getting this advice from all kinds of people right now, not just the electric companies. I’m just wondering as to just how good would this be for us, given we’re not hearing from the people who feel it is/could be good for us.

Where are they?

It seems to me that given the current created environment regarding this question, it is doomed because we’re not being given a choice or reasons to consider passing it.

As to the possibility of increased taxes and higher electricity costs, isn’t that happening to us already?

Where does that all end?

Could this approach to consumer-owned electricity eventually be better for us?

I hope to be hearing from the “for” people soon, before it’s too late.
