Members of the Lewiston Education Association completed their screening and endorsement of municipal candidates for the 2023 election earlier this month.
We are pleased to announce our endorsement of the following candidates:
City Council: Ward 3, Scott Harriman; Ward 4, Michael Roy; Ward 5, Billie Jayne Cooke; and Ward 6, David Chittim.
School Committee: Ward 1, Phoenix McLaughlin; Ward 3, Elizabeth Eames; Ward 4, Kevin Boilard; Ward 5, Ashley Medina; Ward 7, Paul Beauparlant; and at-large, Megan Parks.
All candidates were invited to participate in the LEA’s screening and endorsement process. Each questionnaire was vetted by members and voted on by a representative body.
